Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for non-exempt technician roles nationwide
Monitor applicant flow and shortlist applicants that meet minimum qualifications
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
Screen applicants for basic qualifications and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Provide regular updates to the Recruiting Manager, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers on progress
Assist with career fairs and other recruiting events as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Act as vacation relief for recruiting colleagues on an as-need basis
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or sourcing experience. Experience in industrial gases or a similar industry is preferred
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (creating and editing spreadsheets, simple formulas)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Familiarity with high-volume recruiting in industrial/manufacturing environments
