Manage onboarding workflows and HR documentation
Run and track background checks and credential verification
Maintain complete, audit-ready personnel files
Track compliance requirements and required trainings
Support recruiting logistics and follow-through
Maintain accurate records in Paychex HRIS
Assist with preparation for an upcoming CARF accreditation survey

Qualification

Required
