Responsibilities

Support project activities related to Unstoppable and Cross-Functional Team (CFT) initiatives, including project planning, resource coordination, and oversight of deliverables
Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants and stakeholders
Disseminate timely updates, manage program documentation, and ensure alignment with branding and communications standards
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events; manage logistics, facilities, materials, and technology to ensure smooth program delivery
Maintain detailed records of program activities, engagement, and outcomes
Analyze participant feedback and business results to measure effectiveness and inform continuous improvement
Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, Operations, and other cross-functional partners to ensure strategic alignment
Support the development of blended learning programs and supporting materials tailored to leadership development goals
Create leader guides, presentations, and other training content as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years' experience in program management, leadership development, or a related field, preferably within a large matrixed organization
Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
Experience with budget management and process improvement methodologies
