Responsibilities

Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Custom Application Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
Integration: Manage and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools

Required

Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
Manage and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITAM, ITSM, CSM
Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs
Knowledge of database concepts and SQL
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or other relevant certifications
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
