In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and compliance of auto loan documentation while reviewing loan files and communicating with dealerships or credit unions.

Responsibilities
Review 10–20 loan files at a time for accuracy and completeness
Compare documents against data in multiple computer systems
Verify all information before approving for disbursement
Communicate with dealerships or credit unions via email to resolve missing or incomplete documentation
Flag any discrepancies or compliance issues
Occasionally make phone calls to clarify information (minimal phone work)
Qualification
Required
1+ year experience in a high-volume, fast-paced data entry role
1+ year office experience in administrative support, banking, data entry, or dealership operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (editing spreadsheets, tracking data, using multiple tabs)
Preferred
Previous experience processing auto loans or consumer loans
Background in banking or financial services
Customer service experience in a financial setting
