Exceptional Analytical Skills to identify challenges, troubleshoot issues, and lead data-driven decision-making
Strong Communication capabilities for effectively engaging with stakeholders, team members, and senior management

Preferred

Experience in the avionics or IFEC sectors is a plus
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work in dynamic, cross-functional teams
