REVTech is supporting a federal client project and seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer. This role requires advanced technical expertise in building and scaling enterprise solutions with Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate, while also providing technical oversight and ensuring best practices are applied across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical lead for Power Platform development, including code reviews, DevSecOps practices, and establishing branch/release strategies

Architect, design, and implement model-driven Power Apps solutions integrated with Dataverse

Build and maintain advanced workflows and automations in Power Automate

Collaborate with project leadership and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

Mentor junior developers, drive adoption of coding best practices, and support team performance reviews

Troubleshoot complex issues, ensure application security/compliance, and contribute to deployment planning
