Creative Manager
Centria Autism Services is dedicated to improving the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder through effective interventions. The Creative Manager will shape the creative vision of the Centria brands, ensuring brand consistency and innovation while overseeing the management of creative projects and freelancers.

Responsibilities
Define and guide the visual identity of the Centria family of brands across all channels
Lead the conceptual development of creative ideas, ensuring they are innovative, brand-aligned, and strategically sound
Act as the creative point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling campaigns and assets
Oversee the design and production of digital and traditional assets, including but not limited to social media content, website elements, online banner ads, email campaigns, print advertisements, presentations, and event materials
Manage end-to-end creative project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards
Collaborate with internal marketing leadership to align creative strategies with business objectives
Recruit, manage, and evaluate creative freelancers and external support to ensure high-quality and cost-effective project execution
Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to freelancers and other creative partners
Ensure all creative work adheres to established brand guidelines while driving opportunities for evolution and innovation
Stay informed of emerging trends, tools, and techniques in design, technology, and content storytelling to keep the company’s creative output competitive and fresh
Develop and present well-designed creative concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders
Serve as an advocate for design excellence and strategic creativity within the organization
Compliance with Centria’s Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and Federal and State laws
Responsibility to report violations of Company policies or the Code of Conduct
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related Fine Arts
5+ years of experience in creative roles, including a track record of leading successful projects and campaigns
Working knowledge of laptop/desktop PC
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides
Ability to follow written instructions
Ability to use computers and computer/software programs
Ability to communicate expressively and receptively
Demonstrated expertise in design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory
Proven ability to manage and inspire creative talent, including freelancers and external partners
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic storytelling
Knowledge of emerging trends in digital design, social media, and brand strategy
Portfolio showcasing creative leadership and impactful design solutions
Preferred
Experience in advertising, marketing, or creative agencies
Experience in leading the development of creative materials and providing direction on key brand points to internal and external stakeholders
Familiarity with tools such as Figma or Sketch
Experience with additional creative disciplines such as motion graphics, photography, videography, or HTML5
