Responsibilities
Maintain and review the books and records for multiple private equity investment funds
Prepare and review journal entries and cash reconciliations
Prepare quarterly financial statements, investor capital account statements, and supporting workpapers
Manage capital calls and distributions, including preparing and distributing investor notices
Deliver investor communications through an online investor portal
Own end-to-end accounting processes for assigned funds
Support the annual audit by preparing schedules and documentation for external auditors
Compile and analyze financial and operational data for senior management
Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2+ years of private equity or fund accounting experience (public accounting experience a plus)
CPA exam passed or actively pursuing preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented environment
