Responsibilities
Validate AI/ML model outputs for accuracy and technical correctness
Provide expert troubleshooting steps, recommendations, and impact statements
Create realistic training scenarios for network issues
Review diagnostic data & problem statements for completeness
Document findings and maintain quality of annotated datasets
Collaborate with engineers, project managers & data scientists
Qualification
Required
Expert-level knowledge of enterprise networking, Cisco routing & switching
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network issues & RCA
Proficiency with Cisco CLI ("show" commands, diagnostics)
Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, ThousandEyes, Splunk
Experience documenting detailed technical solutions & recommendations
Working knowledge of Python, automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
Understanding of software defects, bug impacts, and multi-vendor environments
Ability to create and annotate training/evaluation datasets for ML/GenAI
