Responsibilities

Partner with the digital team to design, build, and maintain dashboards that track key digital performance metrics and usage trends

Analyze digital data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities, supporting leadership reporting and decision-making

Maintain and update project management dashboards, including timelines, milestones, deadlines, and status reporting across digital initiatives

Assist with fintech partnership initiatives, including coordination, documentation, and tracking of ongoing potential partnerships

Conduct research on emerging financial technologies, digital tools, and industry trends; summarize findings and recommendations for consideration by the digital leadership team
