Responsibilities
Translate executive vision into actionable strategic plans and roadmaps for delivery focused programs
Identify, design, and implement improvements to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and boost productivity for projects and within assigned programs
Lead complex programs from inception through delivery, spanning platform upgrades, product rollouts, and partner integrations. Manage multiple engineering teams focused on new client delivery, migrations, and closing product gaps to enable seamless upgrades at scale
Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize features and address migration dependencies; collaborate with client stakeholders to coplan solutions and rollout strategies that balance speed, quality, and risk
Establish KPIs, analyze operational data, and deliver concise insights to leadership; maintain disciplined progress reviews and issue/risk tracking to accelerate decision making
Build structure, consistency, and accountability into day-to-day operations
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for cross functional meetings and client engagements
Qualification
Required
Proven program management and technical leadership in enterprise scale delivery and migrations
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
Strong technical background and understanding enterprise projects
Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking with an ability to execute
Proficiency with business management software and data analysis
Experience in the payments/fintech industry
Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience is preferred
At least five years' experience leading high-performance teams and/or implementation projects for Enterprise Packaged Software
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for cross functional meetings and client engagements
