Non-profit Organization Management

Responsibilities

Oversee budget tracking, financial documentation, payment timelines and reconciliation of event-related expenses in coordination with the accounting team
Support Event Coordinators by conducting venue research, sourcing options, vetting 3rd party vendors, and contributing to overall event planning efforts
Assist with end-to-end event logistics, including attendee registration and auditing, attendance tracking, reservations, setup and breakdown at shows, and procurement of supplies
Manage incoming Event Support inquiries and special requests via email and phone, providing timely responses, status updates, and issue resolution for clients, vendors, and guests
Contribute to the preparation of event materials, including name badges, signage, presentations, and other supporting documents as required
Producing event-related messaging, including invites, email announcements, and informational documents

Required

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of event experience preferred but not required
Design skills a plus
