Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of healthcare programs, ensuring adherence to SLAs and OLAs
Establish governance frameworks, conduct regular reviews, and manage risk mitigation plans
Drive compliance with UST Business Continuity Planning and security standards
SLA adherence across production support and transformation programs
Successful execution of transition plans and transformation initiatives
Maintain audit readiness for regulatory and client requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for client executives and UST leadership
Facilitate executive forums, steering committees, and governance meetings
Align program objectives with clients digital transformation roadmap
Support transition and transformation initiatives across healthcare platforms
Implement automation and optimization strategies to reduce IT spend and improve efficiency

Required

At least 12 years in IT program delivery, with at least 5 years in healthcare domain
Experience in the Healthcare payer systems, Medicare/Medicaid operations, regulatory compliance
Proven ability to manage large, distributed teams (100+ associates) across onsite/offshore
Familiarity with platforms like Facets, MACESS, and cloud-native solutions

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
PMP or PgMP; Agile/Scrum certification
