Responsibilities
Design, develop, and oversee electrical and control systems to support plant operations
Troubleshoot, program, and maintain Allen Bradley PLC systems, including remote I/O and HMIs
Support and improve industrial Ethernet communications and machine network layouts
Ensure compliance with equipment safety standards, including hardware design, component selection, and NFPA 70E arc flash requirements
Manage capital and expense budgets to meet plant and project objectives
Coordinate and oversee work performed by contractors and maintenance technicians
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support operational goals
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to automation, safety, and reliability
Qualification
Required
Strong work ethic with a proactive, self-starter mindset
Proven ability to manage capital and expense budgets
Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs, remote I/O, HMIs, and Rockwell Automation software
Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming
Experience with industrial Ethernet communication and machine network design
Solid understanding of electrical equipment safety, including NFPA 70E requirements
