Audit and suggest a framework for our product TOV
Create a strategic differentiator TOV
Collaborate with brand and marketing to create a product TOV extension
Stress test flows and collaborate with design to pilot the new TOV and guidelines
Potentially A/B test content to validate assumptions
Qualification
Required
Highly experienced UX Writer
Deep expertise in UX writing
Strong eye crafting a product tone of voice
Experience creating a scalable content guideline framework
Ability to audit and suggest a framework for product TOV
Ability to create a strategic differentiator TOV
Ability to collaborate with brand and marketing to create a product TOV extension
Ability to stress test flows and collaborate with design to pilot the new TOV and guidelines
Ability to potentially A/B test content to validate assumptions
