Salesforce Marketing Lead Consultant
Revely is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Lead Consultant to enhance their Astonishingly Great Service model. The role focuses on designing technical solutions for clients, ensuring successful implementation of Salesforce marketing solutions, and fostering long-term relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Translate marketing and business requirements into scalable Salesforce marketing architecture
Lead the design and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions aligned to client business goals
Advise clients on best practices for campaign strategy, data modeling, automation, and personalization within the Salesforce ecosystem
Evaluate existing marketing technology stacks and recommend improvements or optimizations
Own end-to-end implementation of Salesforce marketing solutions, including configuration, customization, and deployment
Design and build marketing automations, journeys, segmentation models, and data extensions/lists
Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and roadmap planning engagements
Present technical and strategic recommendations to client stakeholders, including marketing leaders and executives
Serve as a long-term strategic partner to assigned client accounts, building trusted advisor relationships with marketing and executive stakeholders
Own client satisfaction and success for Salesforce marketing engagements, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value
Provide leadership across active engagements, ensuring scope, timelines, and expectations are clearly defined and met
Partner with sales and delivery leadership to support account planning, renewals, and growth strategies
Contribute to roadmap discussions that align client marketing objectives with Salesforce platform capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Informatics, Business, or related study
Active Salesforce certifications, in any of the following: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist or Consultant
Understanding of the Salesforce product ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Data Cloud Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Proven communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable leading client relationships and conversations that drive outcomes
Prior experience working for or partnering with Marketing and Sales teams
