They are seeking a Managing Director to lead various projects involving data gathering, interpretation, and presentation for clients, focusing on organizational research and employee engagement.

Responsibilities
Measuring employee understanding of and alignment to corporate strategy
Culture assessments, including assessment of current and desired organization values
Communication audits, including communication needs and preferences and the utility of communication channels
Message testing and evaluation
The tracking of key employee attitudes and believes over time, especially related to institutional changes like mergers or divestitures
Elevating organizational performance by conducting employee cross evaluations tailored to the client’s industry and culture
Gauging stakeholder (whether internal clients or customers) perceptions of efforts and services
Qualification
Required
Statistical evaluation skills using both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, survey design and data analysis
Established track record of client generation and business development in organizational research
Current book of business or proven ability to build substantial client portfolios generating significant revenue
Genuine relationship skills with ability to develop trust-based partnerships with clients and colleagues
Entrepreneurial spirit with demonstrated success networking and generating business at all levels
High integrity, collegial and adaptive orientation with range of communication style
Sharp evaluative eye for what drives business results through organizational research
Unshakable confidence, tempered by the humility that learning requires
