Responsibilities
Drive business growth through customer engagement, new product development, and market expansion within a highly regulated aerospace environment
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, finance, program management, and manufacturing to execute strategic priorities
Own full P&L responsibility while aligning investment, pricing, and cost strategies to support long-term growth
Partner with customers and industry stakeholders to identify next-generation technologies and application opportunities
Champion a collaborative, performance-driven culture that values accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive leadership experience within aerospace or similarly regulated engineering-driven manufacturing environments REQUIRED
Proven background in business development, technical sales, or commercial strategy supporting engineered products
Demonstrated success leading new product introductions and high-growth initiatives, not just sustaining mature portfolios
Strong financial and operational acumen, including experience managing P&L and enterprise-level ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Bachelor's degree required
