Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a Park Desk Clerk for General Butler State Resort Park. The Park Desk Clerk will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with their inquiries and reservations.

Ability to learn the offerings of the park and surrounding area and relate this knowledge to answer guests’ inquiries intelligently and thoroughly

Maintains excellent grooming standards
Willing to work a variety of shifts or hours based on guest needs
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Ability to work independently or in teams
Experience using, or ability to learn a computer-based reservation system
