Responsibilities

Infrastructure Vision: Define and execute the long-term strategy for our cloud-native infrastructure to support 10x growth
SRE & DevOps Leadership: Lead and scale a world-class team of Site Reliability and DevOps engineers across US time zones
Operational Excellence: Maintain 99.99% uptime and establish rigorous incident response and post-mortem protocols
Cost Governance: Manage a multi-million dollar infrastructure budget, optimizing for both performance and profitability
Security & Resilience: Partner with Compliance to ensure our platform operations meet the highest standards of US data residency and security
Global Monitoring: Implement advanced observability frameworks to proactively identify bottlenecks before they impact our enterprise clients

Qualification

Required

12+ years of experience in Technical Operations, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP or Director) managing large, distributed teams
Proven experience scaling platforms that handle millions of transactions per day
Expert-level understanding of Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present technical strategy to the Board and C-suite
Deep experience managing 24/7/365 mission-critical operations

Preferred

Experience in high-growth 'Scale-up' environments (Series C through IPO)
Background in API-first or Developer-tooling companies
Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud strategies
Mastery of modern observability tools (Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus)
Familiarity with the logistics or print industry's unique operational challenges
Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field
