New Grad, Entry LevelIMC Logistics is a growing container depot operation seeking a versatile Operations Coordinator to join their team at the St. Paul Terminal. This role involves managing container depot operations and providing cross-functional support to ensure the smooth flow of freight.

Responsibilities
Depot Management: Oversee the organization, stacking, and tracking of ocean containers within the yard
Equipment Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of chassis and trucks to ensure safety and compliance
Heavy Equipment Operation: Utilize forklifts and container lifts to move and stack inventory efficiently
Cross-Functional Support: Partner closely with our Customer Service and Dispatch teams to ensure seamless communication and timely movement of freight
Outdoor Operations: Work outdoors in varying weather conditions (this is Minnesota, after all!) to keep the yard moving
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 22 years old
Must maintain a valid state driver's license
No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
No DUI/DWI or reckless driving convictions in the past 3 years
No more than 2 chargeable/preventable accidents in the past 3 years
Strong work ethic
Mechanical aptitude
Preferred
Class A CDL preferred
Prior experience operating heavy machinery (forklifts, reach stackers, etc.) is a significant plus
