Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end event delivery across key programs, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and high-quality execution
Manage and mentor an events team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and accountability in a fast-paced environment
Oversee large-scale event budgets and financial forecasting, ensuring accuracy, profitability, and strong resource allocation
Develop innovative event concepts and proposals, delivering compelling client presentations and pitch materials
Support strategic business development through onboarding new accounts, strengthening client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities
Ensure seamless operations including vendor management, production oversight, process implementation, and cross-functional communication
Cultivate strong client partnerships through proactive communication, problem-solving, and solutions tailored to evolving needs
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance event processes, workflows, and overall team performance
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience delivering brand experiences, conferences, meetings, incentives, and global live events
Strong background producing for event, experiential, or marketing agencies with hands-on leadership across major programs
Expertise developing proposals, responding to RFPs, and delivering strategic pitches with clarity and creativity
Deep knowledge of AV, production workflows, and technical requirements to ensure seamless event execution
Experience managing complex budgets in excess of $1M across multiple currencies
Strong forecasting, planning, and project management abilities with exceptional attention to detail
Proven success driving business development efforts, nurturing relationships, and expanding account opportunities
Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems under pressure, and lead teams through fast-moving, high-stakes environments
Excellent communication skills and experience managing teams of four or more
Advanced proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, CRM platforms, and presentation software
