Responsibilities
Lead testing and evaluations to select primary and secondary packaging materials for various products
Conduct distribution testing using ASTM D4169 and other standards like ISO, TAPPI, USP, and EP
Develop test protocols and perform evaluations to support material and component selection
Create and implement specifications through technical change records
Design and modify engineering drawings using software like AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, or Solid Works
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pre-commercial and commercial activities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Packaging Engineering
Educational background in Packaging or related field
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Solid Works)
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
