Responsibilities

Analyze, clean, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources
Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations for business and engineering stakeholders
Prototype and customize analytical applications based on model outputs
Partner with Data Engineers, IS, and business teams to ensure robust data pipelines
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and process improvements
Support digital transformation initiatives across engineering project lifecycles
Present insights, trends, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams

Qualification

SQLData visualization toolsPythonData cleaningAnalytical skillsMulti-tasking skillsCollaborative environmentsOrganizational skills

Required

Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire, Excel)
Experience with Python, including Pandas and NumPy
Ability to restructure, clean, and standardize complex datasets
Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Science, or related field
2+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or analytics roles

Preferred

Experience supporting digital transformation or engineering initiatives
Exposure to biotechnology or regulated industries (not required)
