Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary transaction documents for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and related corporate matters
Manage all phases of the deal process, from initial structuring through signing and closing
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
Supervise and mentor junior associates and coordinate deal team workflows
Handle day-to-day transactional demands across multiple M&A matters simultaneously
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of mergers and acquisitions experience at a leading law firm
Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents
Demonstrated ability to manage deal processes and client relationships independently
Experience supervising junior attorneys and managing workflow
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
