Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end software installation projects—from initial assessment and planning through go‑live and post‑deployment support
Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership, software vendors, and project teams
Coordinate timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables to keep every installation on track
Oversee software setup and integration across departments (finance, CRM, inventory, service, etc.)
Troubleshoot technical and operational issues quickly, escalating to the right teams when needed
Deliver on‑site and virtual training to dealership staff, supporting adoption and user confidence
Document configurations, user feedback, and lessons learned to improve future deployments
Qualification
Required
Experience in dealership operations, software implementation, digital enablement, or technical customer support
Strong familiarity with DMS platforms— Tekion highly preferred, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc
Ability to thrive in dealership environments and communicate effectively with staff at all levels
Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting
Excellent communication, client‑facing, and stakeholder‑management skills
Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 90% to dealership locations nationwide
