Responsibilities
Administer and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments (Development, Test, Production)
Develop and customize JDE E1 applications, reports, orchestrations, and workflows
Manage CNC configurations, security roles, and system performance tuning
Design and implement integrations between JDE E1 and other enterprise systems using Orchestrator, AIS, APIs, and middleware
Lead system upgrades, patches, and compliance initiatives
Establish and enforce best practices for documentation, change management, and governance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
Monitor emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and integration capabilities
Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required
At least 5 years of experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne administration and development
Strong knowledge of JDE E1 architecture, CNC administration, and Orchestrator
Proven experience with system integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions
Proficiency in SQL and database management
Preferred
Experience with cloud or hybrid JDE environments is a plus
Project leadership experience in ERP upgrades or migrations preferred
Technical expertise in ERP systems and integrations
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Customer service orientation
Willingness to learn and a hands-on attitude
