Responsibilities

Create test procedures based on software requirements
Plan, coordinate, and execute software integration and testing activities
Collaborate with software and systems engineers on product improvements and defect resolution
Work autonomously yet collaboratively in a team environment

Required

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of practical experience in Software Engineering and / or Software Test
Experience creating detailed test plans, procedures, and reports to ensure system functionality and performance meet specifications
Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues identified during integration and testing phases
Ability to communicate progress and issues with the software and systems engineering teams
Ability to obtain a U.S. government issued Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Experience with one or more scripting languages, Python, Linux script, bash
Experience and/or knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP
Experience with or basic understanding of telecommunications systems concepts and/or signal processing
Experience with automated system deployments
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerized systems
Desired Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a STEM related field
