Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer for warehouse and non-exempt roles
Build and execute staffing strategies aligned to geographic hiring needs
Develop partnerships with local colleges, military organizations, and community-based groups
Source, screen, assess, and extend offers to candidates
Develop actionable hiring plans to meet headcount goals
Manage applicants and pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Proactively build talent pipelines for future workforce needs
Coordinate and facilitate virtual hiring events and support in-person events
Report weekly hiring progress and metrics to management
Anticipate hiring challenges and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly
Ensure job postings and applicant search results remain current and accurate
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or sourcing experience
Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment
Ability to work onsite at the distribution center as business needs require
Strong technical aptitude using Excel, PowerBI, ATS platforms, and related tools
Demonstrated experience in strategic and targeted sourcing, including passive candidate outreach
Strong business acumen, professional presence, and intellectual curiosity
Effective talent assessment and influencing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative team-oriented mindset
Strong organizational and follow-through skills with high attention to detail
Ability to identify innovative recruiting methods
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
