Technical Support, Inside Sales

TERREPOWER is a leader in sustainable manufacturing, specializing in remanufactured hydraulic units and components. The Technical Customer Service Team Member will drive customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, preparing quotes, sourcing items, and maintaining vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

Source non-stock items through established vendor partners

Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely sourcing and competitive pricing

Report competitive pricing to the Inside Sales Manager

Negotiate sale pricing with approval from the Inside Sales Manager

Follow up on customer quotes to ensure timely responses

Expedite orders when necessary

Assist with warranty claims and product returns

Provide support to Outside Sales and Account Managers

Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns

Offer technical assistance as needed

Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Ability to sit for extended periods; occasional walking, stair climbing, stooping, or bending

Strong written communication skills for professional emails and correspondence

Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems

Strong relationship-building and vendor management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Ability to work collaboratively across departments
