The Commercial Credit Intern will assist the department in conducting annual financial reviews of existing commercial loan relationships and summarize findings in written reports.

Responsibilities

The intern will work closely with Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers to learn the ins and outs of commercial real estate lending, cash flow modeling, Argus Enterprise & Microsoft excel, portfolio management, and complete sectional underwriting of Green Light Memos

The Intern will additionally work with the rest of the CRE Lending and Servicing team to learn their respective roles, responsibilities, and work hands-on with them in their daily work
