This role involves managing global development summits and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful event execution while contributing to organizational culture and leadership development.

Responsibilities
Provide operational support for in-person immersion summits and development programs
Manage participant tracking and data across multiple development initiatives
Coordinate and process participant requests and ensure proper assignment to appropriate summits
Book and manage event spaces for global development summits
Execute pre-planning and future planning activities for upcoming events
Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
Maintain documentation and process management standards to support operational excellence
Provide onsite event support for approximately 5-10 events annually
Support cross-functional programs as needed to ensure continuity during team absences
Ensure events align with business objectives while fostering community and recognition
Qualification
Required
2+ years of program management or event management experience in the HR field
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to changing situations
Process management and documentation expertise
Event planning and execution proficiency
Data management and participant tracking capabilities
Ability to deliver results in fast-paced, high-velocity environments
Strategic thinking balanced with operational execution
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
