Responsibilities
Operate forklifts, including clamp trucks, reach trucks, and Hi-Lo equipment, to transport materials throughout the warehouse
Load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy in shipping and receiving processes
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
Utilize basic math skills to accurately track inventory levels and assist in inventory management
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating heavy equipment
Assist in equipment repair as needed, ensuring minimal downtime in operations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment in a warehouse setting
Strong understanding of basic math principles for inventory tracking
Experience with clamp trucks, Hi-Lo, lift trucks, or reach trucks
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated
Commitment to safety standards and practices in the workplace
Must possess valid forklift operator certification or be willing to obtain one

Preferred
