Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, contractors, and other referral partners
Generate new business through territory sales, networking, and referrals
Conduct site visits following fire or smoke damage to assess restoration needs and coordinate project estimates
Partner closely with internal project managers and estimators to ensure a seamless client experience
Maintain CRM records, track leads, and report on sales performance
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of outside sales experience; restoration, construction, or related field preferred
Experience selling fire, smoke, or water restoration services a strong plus
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
