Responsibilities
Supervision of staff and volunteers
Selection, orientation, training and mentoring childcare staff
Scheduling and payroll verification
Coordination and facilitation of family referrals and aftercare
After hours intake, assessment, information, and referral
Assist in development and supervision of social and recreational activities for residents
Operations duties as assigned, ie. Foodlink orders, shopping, inventory, etc
Transportation of clients when assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Service or related field AND 5 years' related experience AND 3 year's supervisory/ program management experience OR Equivalent combination
Excellent communication, organizational and time management
Program management and supervisory methods and techniques
Strong problem-solving skills
Crisis intervention, case management, advocacy, and strength-based problem solving and decision-making models
Knowledge of community resources
Knowledge of adolescent development including positive youth development, asset development, risk reduction and protective factors
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
