Responsibilities
Assist with new, and prospective, client inquiries via telephone, e-mail, and tickets
Coordinate new client onboarding process, helping with applications, approvals, asset deposits, incoming transfers, and reporting
Host individualized platform-related client training sessions using Teams
Consistently provide a friendly, helpful, and professional client experience
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably finance or economics – all major's welcome
Working with clients in any capacity
Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision
Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration and communication (Verbal and written) skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft products preferred
Bilingual Spanish roles available
