Responsibilities
Perform rigorous data gathering and analysis. You will synthesize quantitative and qualitative information to help the team understand the root causes of client challenges
Assist in conceptualizing business problems and assessing possible solutions, processes, and methodologies
Assist in the writing and production of high-quality business reports, white papers, and presentations. You will create organized, detailed documentation that translates data into insight
Review work products for accuracy, quality, and completeness before they ever reach the client
Participate in client interviews and meetings to understand their needs. You won't just be in the back room; you will gain exposure to real client environments
Assist project management with task tracking, administrative activities, and risk communication to ensure our engagements stay on schedule
Qualification
Required
0 to 3 years of experience in management consulting or professional services
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Management, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is non-negotiable, with a strong preference for Excel and Visio skills
Must be comfortable working in the Eastern Time Zone and willing to travel occasionally
Strong academic record (GPA of 3.4 or higher)
Advanced professional writing skills
Ability to structure a logical argument and pay obsessive attention to detail
Self-starter who can take a task from initiation to completion with minimal supervision
Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment but also work independently in a remote setting
Preferred
Foundational knowledge of business and professional services
Previous experience or familiarity with the public sector/government clients
Exemplary oral communication skills and the confidence to present your work
