Responsibilities
Operate the Roto Heat Sealer to heat seal tubing and other IVD products
Perform sewing tasks to seal tubing and assemble industrial ventilation ducting
Manufacture various cuffs used in heat-sealed and sewn ducting
Finish tubing through trimming, inspection, and final packaging
Ensure all products meet ISO Quality Assurance standards
Conduct inspections at various production stages to identify defects and maintain high-quality output
Match finished products to factory orders, ensuring accuracy in shipments
Stencil product identification, prepare labels, and weigh shipments
Load finished goods for transport while following safety procedures
Qualification
Required
Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks within the production process
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to product quality
Capable of lifting materials and working in a physically active environment
Team player with a willingness to be cross-trained and adaptable to different tasks
Preferred
Experience with industrial sewing, heat sealing, or shipping is a plus (training provided)
