Leading project execution from concept through installation and commissioning
Guiding cross-functional teams on CapEx projects, schedules, and priorities
Overseeing RFQs, vendor selection, FAT/SAT, and validation activities
Developing engineering standards, PFMEAs, and risk management practices
Supporting production through technical expertise and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent education
Advanced SolidWorks and AutoCAD expertise for production and work-cell design
Strong leadership experience guiding cross-functional engineering teams
Deep understanding of FDA-regulated manufacturing environments
Ability to balance quality, cost, and production risk in decision-making
