Responsibilities
Conduct IT audits and discovery for acquired entities, capturing infrastructure, applications, and dependencies
Complete detailed IT discovery documentation to support integration planning
Collaborate with stakeholders to validate findings and resolve gaps
Prepare structured work packages for implementation engineers, ensuring clarity and readiness for execution
Maintain compliance and governance standards throughout documentation and handover processes
Reports to the BA Lead and works closely with Project Managers and technical implementation teams
Acts as a liaison between business units and technical delivery
Ensures smooth transition from discovery to execution within the M&A integration workstream
Qualification
Required
Experience in auditing and documenting IT environments across acquired businesses
Ability to conduct IT audits and discovery for acquired entities, capturing infrastructure, applications, and dependencies
Experience in completing detailed IT discovery documentation to support integration planning
Strong collaboration skills to validate findings and resolve gaps with stakeholders
Ability to prepare structured work packages for implementation engineers, ensuring clarity and readiness for execution
Knowledge of compliance and governance standards throughout documentation and handover processes
Experience working closely with Project Managers and technical implementation teams
Ability to act as a liaison between business units and technical delivery
