The Front-End Engineer will own the front-end for the product suite, designing interfaces for AI agents and developing desktop applications, while collaborating closely with designers to iterate based on user feedback.

Responsibilities

Build and own the front-end for our core platform, AI agent surfaces, and policy configuration tools

Design UI patterns for agentic workflows where AI takes action and users stay in control

Develop browser extensions (Chrome/Edge) and desktop add-ins (Outlook, Word) with embedded AI agents

Build native desktop applications for Mac and Windows

Work directly with designers to ship fast and iterate based on user feedback

Required

4+ years of building production web applications with a deep understanding of React and TypeScript

Experience designing interfaces for AI-native or agentic products (chat UIs, copilots, AI assistants, or similar)

Experience with browser extensions (Chrome/Edge) or Office add-ins

Strong CSS/Tailwind skills with attention to polish and details

Comfort working in a fast-moving startup where specs evolve quickly

Ability to own features end to end and ship incrementally

Experience reducing bundle sizes in production applications

Programming Languages: Python 3, PHP 8.2+, TypeScript, JavaScript/Node.js

Frontend Technologies: React 19+, React Router 7+, TypeScript 5+, State Management, UI Frameworks such as Radix UI, Tailwind CSS 4+ and Form Handling through Formik for complex forms and Yup schema validation

Databases & Storage: MySQL 8.0+ or PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS S3
