Business Analyst - US Capital Markets

They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors, ensuring seamless implementation and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document current-state payment processes and accounting interfaces
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of payment messages and accounting entries
Support end-to-end testing for message transformations and reconciliations
Liaise with vendors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and data flow diagrams
Provide business support during implementation, including troubleshooting issues

Required

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
8-10 years of experience in the industry
Experience in business analysis within the US Capital Markets domain
Strong understanding of payment processes and message flows (SWIFT MT to MX)
Proficiency in defining business and functional requirements for ISO 20022 migration
Experience in conducting data mapping and gap analysis

Preferred

Familiarity with RTGS, ACH, and SWIFT payment systems
Experience working with operations, finance, and IT teams
Knowledge of global and regional ISO 20022 mandates
