LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant to support a well-established litigation team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role involves drafting and e-filing pleadings, managing case documents, and providing general administrative support to attorneys.
Responsibilities
Draft, format, and e‑file pleadings and discovery
Manage case documents (electronic + physical)
Prepare correspondence, templates, and trial materials
Maintain organized document management systems
Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Handle scheduling, calendars, and general administrative support
Qualification
Required
Prior litigation legal assistant experience supporting multiple attorneys
Strong organization and multitasking abilities
Excellent written communication + proofreading skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools
