Responsibilities
Manage reactive accountability priorities, ensuring actions are tracked, delivered, and closed
Run community calls, document decisions, and follow up on action items
Drive program, project, and change management initiatives
Create clear documentation, operating models, and executive-ready presentation decks
Analyze trends, identify productivity improvements, and support pilots
Collaborate across customer health, cloud & AI, consumption, and governance teams
Remove blockers and support both proactive and reactive customer engagements
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of program/project management experience
Bachelor's degree required
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
Proven ability to create visual documentation and presentations
Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, strong communication skills
Ability to deliver with speed, clarity, and quality
Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and comfortable working with executive leadership
Preferred
PMP/PMI preferred but not required
