Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team building the DevLink platform—spanning Code Sync and Code Component, to enable seamless design‑to‑code workflows
Oversee the development, reliability, and lifecycle of DevLink and related developer workflows (CLI, APIs/SDKs, Git integrations)
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders
Drive the adoption of best practices in software development
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration
Ensure the team’s work aligns with Webflow’s overall strategic goals and objectives
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams
5+ years of strong experience in software development, with a focus on web development technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
