Responsibilities

Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and people strategy
Lead recruiting strategy, compensation planning, and job evaluations
Serve as the escalation point for complex employee relations issues
Use HR data and analytics to guide decisions and identify trends
Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
Support benefits, payroll oversight, and HR systems
Drive engagement, retention, and effective internal communication

Required

7+ years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to stay hands-on
Proven experience supporting hourly through executive-level employees

Confident communicator who takes direction well and brings sound judgment
Experience with HRIS, reporting tools, and job evaluation systems
