Responsibilities
Support customers by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
Spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center
Obtain FINRA licenses including SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66
Build and solidify skills to support customers with increasing complexity
Participate in career development activities and networking with colleagues
Qualification
Required

Experience in customer service (phone or in-person) and an ability to thrive face to face with clients in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to learn and build a career in financial services
