Responsibilities
Facilitate the administration of the organization’s privacy program and oversee related documentation
Support responses to data subject requests—including access, deletion, and correction—as required under relevant privacy legislation
Assist in maintaining privacy notices, policies, and procedural documents
Conduct preliminary evaluations of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and vendor privacy questionnaires
Monitor adherence to data protection laws such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, among others, as applicable
Contribute to privacy training programs and awareness campaigns
Aid in tracking privacy incidents and drafting breach response documentation
Collaborate effectively with legal, IT, security, HR, and compliance teams regarding privacy matters
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in privacy, compliance, legal operations, risk management, or related disciplines
Foundational knowledge of data protection principles and privacy regulations
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in handling sensitive information with discretion
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field
4+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, compliance, or a related field
Demonstrated experience working with privacy requirements
Proven experience with privacy program implementation, assessments, and compliance activities
