Responsibilities

Ensure timely execution of title workflows to meet state service-level agreements for GMF and GM remarketed inventory
Maintain high-quality documentation of follow-ups and system updates
Partner with vendors, dealers, and internal teams to resolve title-related delays and issues
Research and resolve aging, exceptions, and escalated accounts; escalate to leadership when necessary
Complete and submit auction title paperwork accurately and on time, adhering to state, federal, and company regulations
Audit auctions daily to ensure compliance with title processes and company policies
Make cost-effective decisions for document shipping and ensure title fees are entered correctly in systems
Support leadership strategies, projects, and initiatives while troubleshooting system defects and workflow delays

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong knowledge of lien processes, auto finance, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and technology systems such as Remarketing Solutions System and AutoIMS
Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
Highly detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Expert critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, including financial impact analysis
Skilled in researching complex issues across multiple systems and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data
Proven reliability, dependability, and ownership in completing responsibilities
Ability to thrive in team settings while exercising independent judgment and cost-effective decision-making
